I’ve been pricing from fear when I delay making an offer or price things free just to get my first sales or bring clients into my funnels or email list. It’s driven by urgency to prove I can make a dollar, not by the true value I bring. I tell myself it’s for practice and polish because I’m new and don’t have an audience yet—but under that is anxiety about not having a sales win because I delay launches.
I also over-optimize systems and delay launching because I’m afraid of creating extra stress while working full time. That perfectionism becomes procrastination. Pricing low feels safer, but it actually reinforces doubt instead of trust -causing more delay. Favor looks like charging with integrity, letting my audience rise to meet the value, and allowing the first dollar to come from alignment—not fear.
